Dear Ms. Knutson:
Help us celebrate our 25th year in business by taking advantage of our largest sale ever!
During the entire month of August we will be offering incredible discounts on all of our office supplies, with additional price cuts on all our computers and software.
We also want to take this opportunity to thank you for continuing to be part of our success. Without loyal and dedicated professionals like yourself we would have never lasted 25 years in business.

Dear Mr. Kerry:
As one of our most loyal customers I am excited to offer you one of the biggest discounts I have ever given anyone.
Effective immediately I have instructed my staff to provide you with a 50% discount on any product you purchase. This is my way of saying thank you for remaining loyal to us.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can personally do to assist you.
Whenever writing a business sales letter remember to keep in short. Only add things that will describe in a very descriptive manner in short order what the offer is. Use action words like "act now", "call", "biggest offer", etc.
The offer should be very high in the letter so that your reader knows what is being offered quickly and why do they need you are filling for them. An example of this would be, "We understand that your time is valuable and that is why we want to give you back over twenty-hours a week do help build your business even bigger!" Or, "The last time we made this offer this good on xxxxxxxx it only lasted two days before we were completely sold out."
Remember, sales are critical to your success and achieving them quickly and often makes all the difference in the world.
Good Luck and May God Bless You and Return to the Business Letter Menu.
