Top Leadership Books - July's Recommendation
My July recommendation for one of the Top Leadership Books is "Ultimate Leadership" by Russell E. Palmer. This book is also amongst the best sellers, if not the best seller for a leadership book. I am always looking for more insight into ways I can improve as a leader. Palmer's book does just that! Although I have been in a leadership role for over thirty-five years I am always open to new ways of approaching a situation. The twelve years I spent in the Marine Corps was just the foundation that I have built upon to become what I believe is a very good leader, not only in the workplace but also at home. Being a father of four can be quite a challenge as well. Each one is a little different. I have very close relationship with one and not another based on their personalities. As an example my daughter is great at softball and my third son is very interested in fixing cars. I love softball but don't really like working on cars. My father was always working on cars and it never really interested me and now that I am an adult I almost hate it. Therefore my relationship with my son is a little different than with my youngest daughter. With that being said I am proud to recommend Palmer s book that I am certain you will enjoy and grow from. You can pick up a used or new copy from Amazon at a very affordable price. Because of my affiliation with Amazon you can review the book by clicking on the icon above. I hope you enjoy Palmer's book. Thank you and God Bless!
