Team Building Leadership Games

If your looking for a great book and tool for team building leadership games, Brian Cole Miller has written a good one called "Quick Team-Building Activities for Busy Managers"

I am someone that loves to get people involved in some type of activity especially if it includes Team Building.

I try to do something at least once a quarter with my staff, and Miller's book has helped at providing me with the team building activities I need.

I value my time and in the past I used to try and come up with something on my own, which I was very successful at. However, I found myself chewing up hours of my day developing and planning some type of game to play.

I did everything from setting up a course that we could have wheel chair races. The twist was to blind fold the person pushing the chair and have the person sitting giving directions to maneuver through the course. They would love it!

This book will give you all types of suggested Team Building Leadership Games that will not only save you hours and hours of your time, but will fit into almost any situation you have.

You can sometimes pick up a used copy at a reduced price or certainly a new one from Amazon. You can also take advantage of my affiliation with Amazon by clicking on the above icon of Miller's book.

Hope you enjoy it and it serves you well.

Thank You!
