Institutional Note Buyers
Institutional note buyers are those buyers that are established as a company and that’s all that they do. Most of them have there’re own underwriting departments that comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to the note buying industry. They are very professional and generally will offer a very good price on your note. I have not run across any that have refused to give me information about their process. Most specialize in certain types of notes such as residential, business, commercial, and many other types of privately held notes. Business note buyers or commercial notes buyers are going to be experts at knowing how to evaluate the business or commercial note that you have. Residential note buyers will know within a very short time if they are going to be able to offer you what you are hoping to get. Keep in mind that most are not going to low ball the bid since they know that you are probably shopping the note around. They are fine with that unless you start wasting a bunch of their time. Overall I have had very good luck with institutional note buyers and I would highly recommend many of them. Good Luck and May God Bless You!
