(Name of Company) proudly supports time off work for employees in the military reserve training program.After twelve (12) consecutive months of employment in good standing with (Name of Company), an employee will receive two week's regular pay for the two week period the employee is away serving reserve duty. For an employee that serves on military reserve duty longer than a two week period they may elect to utilize any or all accrued vacation for the additional time served, if desired. If an employee has been employed less than twelve (12) months, leave will be granted leave without pay for the time away serving on reserve duty. All employees in the military reserve training program should provide a copy of their orders to their immediate supervisor as soon as possible.
