“Insert Your Business Name Here” as a matter of policy does not condone or allow the viewing, access, solicitation from other staff members and storage of any sort of pornographic material on its premises such as lewd and explicit magazines, photo albums in desks, drawers, cabinets, etc. or any of its equipment such as hard disks, personal computers, laptops, tablets, etc. Any staff member of the company found in possession of such material within company premises would be subjected to the ‘Progressive Disciplinary Process’ and would have to face any penalties as deemed fit by the management of the company.

Weapons Free Environment Policy



“Insert Your Business Name Here” prides itself on being a completely gun free environment and no staff member is allowed to bring a fire arm, edged weapon with a blade that extents to a minimum of four inches, or any other item deemed to be a weapon into the company’s premises, unless they are expressly authorized by the competent authorities to do so. Small personal knives that have blades smaller than four inches are exempt from this rule such as ‘Swiss Army Knives’ and Gerber multi tools and their like.

Inspection Rights Policy



“Insert Your Business Name Here” reserves the right to inspect any and all portions of its premises for drugs, alcohol and any other narcotic and/ or contraband items that may include pornographic material, fire arms and other weapons. All staff members, contract employees, irrespective of seniority and position as well as visitors may be asked to cooperate in inspections of their personal items, work areas and property that might conceal a drug, alcohol or other contraband and or weapon. Staff members of the company who possess such contraband items and/or refuse to cooperate in such inspections may be subjected to the process of progressive discipline that may well culminate in their eventual termination from service of the company.

Involvement in Criminal Activities Policy



“Insert Your Business Name Here” explicitly prohibits all employees from manufacturing, distributing, dispensing, possessing or using an illegal drug in or on company premises or while conducting company business, moreover all staff members of the company are also prohibited from misusing legally prescribed or over-the-counter (OTC) drugs. Similarly they are also prohibited from the viewing and accessing of child pornography, possession of fire arms and edged weapons as mentioned earlier. The company will formally notify the relevant law enforcement agencies as and when required on suspicion or proof of any kind of criminal activity by any of its staff members, irrespective of their rank, seniority as well as position.
