Company Property Policy

All property of the company can be classified into two broad based categories:

★     Tangible property

★     Intangible Property

Tangible property includes all property belonging to the company, such as equipment, vehicles, telephones, computers, laptops electronic devices, furniture, etc. Tangible property is to be used strictly for company business only, and is not permitted off the grounds unless specifically authorized by management. Company property must be used in the manner for which it was intended. Any usage of company property for personal reasons without valid authorization would automatically mean the concerned staff member would be subjected to the process of progressive discipline up to and including dismissal. The same applies to the intentional and willful destruction and or damage to company property. Moreover, upon termination, employees are required to surrender any company property that they possess at the time of leaving the service of the company.
