Books on Leadership – Leading Change

When it comes to books on leadership that address leading change the best book I can recommend is written by John Kotter and Holger Rathgeber called "Our Iceberg is Melting."

John Kotter is an award winning author from the Harvard Business School, while Holger Rathgeber works for one of the leading medical technology companies.

This book is a simple fable about doing well in an ever changing world.

You may have guessed from the title that it involves a melting iceberg and how a large group of penguins deal with it. Remembering that we are speaking about a simple fable the penguins are dealing with.

Of course some problems are bigger than others and when your home is an iceberg and it is melting that is a larger than life problem.

As far as books on leadership go, this is a must read. Many companies have gotten several copies for their staff.

It will put things into a perspective that you will be able to understand about our ever changing world and ways to deal with it.

I strongly recommend it.

Thank You!
